Study in the Czech Republic from Nepal and India

Long-term residence permit for the purpose of study

Non-EU students on accredited university programmes apply in person at a Czech embassy for a long-term residence permit for study (CZK 2,500), showing CZK 46,950 plus CZK 6,260 for each month of stay, insurance with at least €400,000 cover and documents translated into Czech. Students can work without a work permit, graduates can get a 9-month job-search permit, and both Nepali and Indian applicants apply at the Embassy in New Delhi through fixed email-registration windows.

Flight, hotel and itinerary documents for visa files

Some embassies ask for a flight itinerary or a hotel reservation with a visa application. We prepare them as reservation documents (PDFs), so you don’t buy a ticket before your visa is decided.

Need more than one? See the bundles

For a student visa: most embassies need your real admission letter and, often, a real accommodation contract. Use these documents only where your embassy’s checklist accepts a reservation or an itinerary.

Embassy requirements differ: many accept an itinerary document, some ask for a held airline reservation. Check your embassy's checklist before you apply. The reference number is a Yatra For Fun document number, not an airline PNR, so it will not appear on an airline's Manage Booking page.
