Study in Taiwan from Nepal and India
Resident Visa for Foreign Students (full-time degree), followed by an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC)
Full-time degree students apply at a Taiwan overseas mission for a student resident visa (US$66 standard fee; INR 5,600 at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in New Delhi), showing a health certificate and funds for at least six months, then get an Alien Resident Certificate within 30 days of arrival. With a work permit you can work up to 20 hours a week in term time, and graduates can extend their residence by up to two years and work without a work permit during that extension.
