Study in Georgia from Nepal and India
Residence permit for study purposes (entry on a D3 immigration visa)
Indian and Nepali students apply for a D3 immigration (study) visa through the Embassy of Georgia in New Delhi — US$20 for a decision within 30 days — and then for a study residence permit from the Public Service Development Agency (GEL 300 for a 30-day decision). Funds are tied to Georgia's subsistence minimum, and amendments adopted by Parliament in June 2026 add a language certificate and a minimum-credit rule for foreign students.
